The bakeries LIBERTÉ are a revolution of the genre: they reconcile architecture and tradition with a sincere wish to return to fundamentals. By opening the laboratory to the gourmet clients and showcasing the most beautiful signatures of the young architects of today.

For LIBERTÉ Saint-Dominique, the interior Designer, Emmanuelle Simon chose to integrate Ecru Raku Ceramics by Fabienne L’Hostis in the furniture of this atypical bakery.
